Refund policy
Made-to-Order Items
Every Ride Society product is made to order and produced for you individually after you order. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Defects, Misprints, and Damage
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, materially different from what was shown, or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
To start a claim, email officialridesociety@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (and a photo of the shipping package if the item was damaged in transit)
Once we confirm the issue, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. You will not be asked to ship the item back unless we specifically request it.
Wrong Item or Lost Package
If you received the wrong item, or your tracking shows the package as lost or undeliverable through no fault of the address you provided, contact us at the email above and we will make it right.
Sizing
Because items are made to order, we are not able to offer size exchanges. Please use the size chart on each product page before purchasing. If a garment's finished measurements differ materially from the published size chart, that is treated as a defect and is covered above.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will do our best, but once an item has entered production we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after we process it.
