This website is operated by Ride Society ("we," "us," "our"), based in San Diego, California. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Made-to-Order Nature

Our products are apparel made to order and produced individually after purchase. Product images are representative; minor variation in color, placement, and finished measurements can occur in manufacturing and is normal. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed for that product and refund it.

Orders

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors, and will refund any charge in that case.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both incorporated here by reference. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Ride Society or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is posted on this page.
