Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Made-to-Order Production Time

Because each item is made to order and produced individually after you order, please allow a production window before your order ships. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, and occasionally longer during high-volume periods. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Our items are produced and shipped internationally. Once your order ships, delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 7 to 10 days. Because orders ship from overseas, transit times can vary and may occasionally be affected by customs processing. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact officialridesociety@gmail.com and see our Refund Policy, and we will make it right.
