Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with the Ride Society mobile application (the "App").

What data we hold

Ride Society membership accounts are anonymous. For each member we may store an anonymous account identifier, the vehicle photo you uploaded during onboarding, your membership and approval status, and basic device/diagnostic information used to operate and secure the App. We do not collect your name, email address, or device location from regular members. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, including your uploaded vehicle photo and associated account record, email officialridesociety@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Because accounts are anonymous, please include any information that helps us identify your membership or device (for example, the approximate date you joined and the vehicle in your photo).

What happens next

We will confirm your request and delete or de-identify the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes. We will let you know when your request has been completed.
